EU and US spam ban
Okay. We've heard a lot of anti-spam propaganda recently - all about the paltry few billions that spam costs the global economy in network admin time and lost productivity... and how a few women (probably unstable) were driven insane by a few dozen viagra adverts, per day.
But, we should not forget the positive aspects of email marketing...
As Dr Goebbels so eloquently pointed out when the Russians surrounded his bunker: "Hey, even Satan needs advertizing."
Despite all the whining and legal actions of Microsoft and the US government, spammers serve multiple, useful purposes and are, in fact, vital to the efficiency and health of the internet..
